  this was poor experience, they keep taking money from my account without providing invoices for apparently damaging property i rented.. i am still disputing the fact that the damage caused is my fault also none of the invoice for cost of the damage is provided but money is being taken out without my permission.. i am very disappointed with this and have contacted my bank to dispute these transactions.. very unprofessional. Apparently approximate changes have been added up and money just taken after the fact that bond was initially refunded in full.. i am awaiting the response and all the invoices relating to apparanet damage.. Charge of $300 for one damaged pillow.. $130 for rubbish removal after the fact was that bin was overflowing prior to our arrival and council was not picking up the bin.. animals scattered the rubbish after we vacated the premises.. $50 for damaged kitchen utensil (tongs) .. seriously ridiculous charges.. i have not approved any of transactions. seriously so not recommending dealing with this agency
